Bahman Sani-Khatam, DMD

Dr. Sani-Khatam opened the Bala Oral Health Center in 1999 and has since been the primary dentist. However, his experience in dentistry far exceeds the 19+ years. Dr. Sani-Khatam graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Dental School in 1983. He later taught at the University for several years.
Dr. Sani Khatam completed two years of General Practice Residency at The University of Pennsylvania, after which he completed two years of Oral Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Sani-Khatam is certified in Orthodontics, the treatment and diagnosis of TMJ, and Dental Implants.

Dr. Mandana Etemad, DMD

Dr. Etemad graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Dental School in 1996. From 2001 to 2002, she was the Director of the General Practice Residency Program at The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She practiced general dentistry at various offices in the area and in New Orleans, LA, before joining our team in April 2012.
